Paul is retired having spent 42 Years in the consulting Industry for Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting and Accenture.

He worked internationally across industries driving large scale change for client’s and within the company leading their European Financial Services Business before creating and leading their Global Market Maker Sales Organisation.

Simon is the Chair of the OMT Society and has been actively involved in OMT sporting sections including rugby, cricket and golf.

He has worked in the automotive retail sector as a Company Director and Business Consultant.

Chris is a chartered accountant, qualifying with Price Waterhouse where he worked in audit and subsequently business recovery.  From there he joined 3i, the FTSE100 private equity group, becoming a partner in their buyout business.  He is now an independent investor and business owner.

Chris is also trustee and treasurer at The Passage, a London based homelessness charity.

Michael has started his career as a teacher at RGS Newcastle, moving to Head of History and Boarding Housemaster at Christ College, Brecon before coming to Â鶹´«Ã½â€™ School where he was Head of Sixth Form for five years.  From Â鶹´«Ã½’, Michael joined Berkhamsted Schools Group as Headmaster (Sixth Form) in 2012, before becoming Vice Principal there in 2014.  He was also a Governor of a local school and is the Chair of the London Fees Assistance Consortium, a group that promotes awareness of transformative bursaries in independent schools for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.  In 2019 Michael moved to Brentwood School where he is currently Headmaster.

Varun is Director for Central Bank Digital Currency and Financial Market Infrastructure at Fireblocks, following a 14-year career as an Economist at the Bank of England.  He has an MA from Cambridge and an MSc from University College London.  He is an Old Merchant Taylor and has remained closely involved with the School since he left in 2003, primarily through the OMT Hockey Club.  He is a Trustee of the OMT Society and a Freeman of the Â鶹´«Ã½â€™ Company and has three young children.

Jason has over 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor working mostly in Private Equity Real Estate with pan-European investment coverage.

Member of the Â鶹´«Ã½â€™ Livery and serves on the Property Committee.  He is married with three children, with whom he enjoys walking and playing tennis and golf.

Richard has been in the wealth management industry in the UK for almost 40 years managing assets for private individuals, trusts and charities.  Currently employed by Rathbones.

Served the Â鶹´«Ã½â€™ livery since 1992 and on the Investment Committee having previously served on the Charity Committee.  Trustee/Director of estates in Derbyshire/Staffordshire and Scotland which encompasses land, investments and commercial property.  Richard is married with four children.

Penny is a Head Master’s appointment to MTS and MTP.

Following a career in banking, Penny spent 20 years working in primary schools.  Currently a Head Teacher , she has a passion for developing outstanding and forward-thinking educational provision.

Penny works to ensure her school delivers a creative, balanced and academically rigorous curriculum for all pupils, regardless of background.

Working closely with parents, listening to children, linking with local schools and businesses and valuing her wonderful staff, Penny seeks to maximise all the resources and skills available.

Penny has been an Educational Improvement partner for two local schools.

Lucinda is a Barrister and a Partner in City of London Disputes law firm, Enyo Law LLP, where she specialises in International Commercial Litigation.

Chairman of the Livery and Freeman’s Committee of the Merchant Taylor’s Company from 2022. Appointed to the Treasure Valuation Committee for England and Wales and Court Examiner.

James is CEO of Wren Sterling, a private equity backed financial planning company, following roles in investment banking, management consulting, private equity and insurance.

Liveryman of the Merchant Taylor’s Company.  Trustee and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the National Lottery Heritage Fund.  Former Deputy Chairman of English Heritage and author of four thrillers.

Jane is a solicitor who practised in criminal law. She was a prosecutor with Thames Valley Police, the Hong Kong Government and later the Crown Prosecution Service concentrating on youth courts. Until recently she was a prosecutor in local government.

Joined the Board of Northwood Prep School in 2009 and, as Co-Chair with Alan Eastwood, was actively involved in the 2015 merger with MTS.

Deepak was appointed by the Governors of the School.

He is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience.  He was a partner with Andersen and Deloitte in the UK, both professional services firms, advising international financial services clients, central banks/regulators and providing India related business services.  He is a non-executive director at Aviva Insurance Ltd.

Deepak enjoys cricket, swimming, contemporary Indian music and travel in his leisure time.

Andy has recently retired from the Royal Navy reaching the rank of Commodore, responsible for training, education policy and assurance.
He is Chair of a Multi Academy Trust in Portsmouth and a member of a university sponsored Primary School Academy. He sits on the Defence Supplier Forum and leads the Apprenticeship Group.
